Leslie Valentine, LISW-S is a licensed independent social worker who has been in practice since she earned her Masters in Social Work in 2002. She received her Bachelors in psychology & sociology with a focus on criminololgy in 2000.  Leslie has focused her career on helping people during
some of the most difficult and challenging times in their lives.

Leslie has provided counseling & social work services in many different settings,
including domestic violence shelters, schools for children with behavioral and
emotional struggles, & a community mental health agency for people facing
poverty, trauma, discrimination, and chronic stress. She provides cognitive
behavioral therapy & motivational interviewing to help people create change
in their lives.
